FORZOM Privacy Policy

FORZOM ("we", "the app") is a fitness and self-improvement application. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using FORZOM you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account: email address and display name, via Firebase Authentication or Google Sign-In.
Profile: username, chosen avatar, and optional physical details you enter (such as age, height, weight) used only to estimate calorie/energy figures.
Activity: workout sessions, streaks, Iron Will progress, experience points and levels.
Community content: posts, comments, likes and dislikes you create.
Device & ads: a mobile advertising identifier and standard technical data, used by Google AdMob to serve ads.
On-device data: some workout history and preferences are stored locally on your device.

How we use it

To provide and personalise core features (workouts, progress, community, leaderboards).
To authenticate you and secure your account, including email verification.
To calculate fitness statistics you ask for.
To display advertising that keeps the app free.

Third-party services

We rely on these providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Cloud Functions) — account, profile, activity and community data.
Google AdMob — advertising.
Google Sign-In — optional sign-in.
Brevo — delivery of account verification emails.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Community content (username, avatar, posts, public stats) is visible to other signed-in users by design. Information is shared with the providers above only to operate the app.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings > Data & Storage > Delete Account in the app. Full steps, and what is deleted versus retained, are described on our account deletion page. To request deletion by email, contact us at the address below.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected by server-side access rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Children

FORZOM is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
